The Town of Smithfield will hold a ribbon cutting for the newly installed "Greytown" landmark sign. Greytown is a long-standing African-American neighborhood. The town recently installed a new sign to replace one that stood there for many years. Smithfield Dist 4 Councilwoman Doris Wallace represents the area.
