Why we RELAY
JoCo Democrats have participated in RELAY FOR LIFE as Team 33, Johnston County Democrats, for nearly 20 years. We raise money to assist the American Cancer Society (ACS) in its efforts to eradicate cancer here locally and nationally. There is no doubt, each of our families have been touched in some way by this dreadful disease. We work together to KICK OUT CANCER!
The event this year is scheduled for FRIDAY, May 10, 2024, Smithfield Selma Senior High School at 700 M. Durwood Stephenson Parkway in Smithfield, 6PM until 10PM.
Please come out to the football field / track and visit our JCDP tent. Sit with us, walk a lap, talk with old friends, meet new friends AND help us fundraise to beat cancer.
